Job summary

St Anthony North Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, high‑quality care in a NICU setting. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to advance patient health and safety, adhering to nursing standards and the Nurse Practice Act.

You will assess needs, develop care plans, perform nursing interventions, document outcomes, and educate patients/families. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible new hires who meet requirements.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse in state of employment.
• Understanding of nursing process and patient care standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration with healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s needs through observation, interview, and records review.
• Develop and implement patient plan of care with interdisciplinary team.
• Perform IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, specimen collection.
• Maintain confidential charts and document status, interventions and outcomes.
• Advocate for patient health and safety; educate patient/family and assess learning needs.
• Follow nursing standards and the State Nurse Practice Act with accountability.

Education

Associates Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
