Job summary

St. Anthony North Hospital is seeking an RN to join our labor/departure flow in a 15-bed labor deck, 18-bed postpartum unit, and a Level II NICU caring for 32 weeks and above. We deliver ~100 deliveries monthly and are expanding with Kaiser partnership.

You will assess needs, create care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, patient- and family-centered care while upholding nursing standards and Magnet-level quality.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing is required.
• RN License in state of employment.
• Physical requirements: medium work up to 50 lbs, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs through observation, interviews, medical records, and data.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Perform therapeutic/diagnostic interventions (IVs, wound care, meds, catheterization, specimen collection).
• Maintain accurate charts and use IT to communicate and support decision-making.
• Advocate for patient health, safety, and rights.
• Educate patients/families based on readiness and learning needs.
