St Anthony North Hospital in the Boulder area is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our mission-driven team. You will collaborate with the care team to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients while advancing compassionate nursing practice.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing care plans, performing interventions, documenting care, educating patients and families, and advocating for safety.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma; RN license required.
• RN license in state of employment.
• Physical requirements: medium work with lift up to 50 lbs., up to 20 lbs. frequently, up to 10 lbs. constantly.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs; evaluate response and intervene for optimal outcomes.
• Develop and implement patient care plans and observe outcomes with the interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate competency in IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Maintain patient charts and documentation; use IT to communicate, manage knowledge, and support decision-making.
• Promote and advocate for patient health, safety, and rights; protect patient dignity.
• Educate patients and families; assess learning readiness and effectiveness of teaching.
