Job summary

St. Anthony North Hospital in Westminster, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a dynamic postpartum and NICU-related setting. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs while following nursing standards and state practice acts.

You will promote safety, quality care, and patient education, with strong communication and teamwork to support our mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required.
• RN license in state of employment required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, psychosocial, cultural and spiritual needs and intervene to optimize outcomes.
• Develop and implement plan of care with interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate competency in IVs, wound care, meds, catheterization and specimen collection.
• Maintain charts and records; document status, interventions and outcomes accurately.
• Promote health, safety and rights of each patient.
• Educate patient/family; assess learning needs and effectiveness of teaching.
