vCluster Labs is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to architect customer outcomes after the deal closes. You will drive adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and manage relationships with Platform Engineering, DevOps, and executive buyers across Fortune 500 enterprises.

You will own onboarding, success planning, and renewal motions, translating platform value into business outcomes while maintaining proactive engagement and technical credibility in cloud-native architectures.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical post-sales role with measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on Kubernetes and cloud-native knowledge.
• Ability to run executive business reviews and frame strategic discussions.
• Experience driving adoption and expansion in SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer onboardings from handoff to project close.
• Build and maintain customer success plans with KPIs and milestones.
• Articulate platform value and ROI to executives and technical stakeholders.
• Own renewal and expansion discussions starting 90+ days out.
• Engage with platform engineers, DevOps, and architects with credibility.
