Job summary

vCluster Labs seeks a Customer Success Architect to own onboarding, success planning, renewal, and expansion for a portfolio of technical customers after closing deals. You will drive customer outcomes and day‑2 operations, ensuring successful deployments.

In a remote-first culture, you will discuss Kubernetes, RBAC, and tenant isolation, and help design deployment architectures for AI infrastructure customers across cloud providers and enterprises.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success or technical account management.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud deployments.
