Job summary

Spectrum Search is partnering with a growing AI technology company to strengthen its post-sales solutions engineering function. The role focuses on technical ownership after implementation, troubleshooting, and API integrations within a complex SaaS platform.

You will work with customers and internal teams to resolve issues, support data-related tasks, and contribute to platform improvements while traveling for customer engagements as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Solutions Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role in SaaS.
• Post-sales ownership including troubleshooting and escalation management.
• Hands-on API integrations experience and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical expert for assigned product area post-implementation.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical customer issues.
• Investigate data and API behaviour; escalate to engineering when needed.
• Support onboarding, data migration and platform rollouts.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and customer success to share insights.
