Fivetran, Inc. is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect in Denver, hybrid. You will own the technical post-sales relationship, drive platform adoption, and guide customers through architecture evolution and expansion while acting as a trusted technical advisor.

You will collaborate with AEs and SEs to ensure successful onboarding, ongoing value realization, and revenue growth across a portfolio of commercial and enterprise accounts in a fast-paced data integration environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a post-sales, customer-facing technical role.
• Strong ability to own and drive customer outcomes after the sale.
• Firm understanding of modern data warehousing and the analytics stack, and SQL proficiency.
• Ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Own post-sales technical engagement across a portfolio of assigned Commercial and Enterprise accounts.
• Drive adoption, optimization, and ongoing usage of the platform to achieve scalable success.
• Educate customers on new products and features as they launch and on existing capabilities they may not be using.
• Deliver enablement sessions, workshops, and best-practice guidance.
• Monitor account health signals and proactively address churn or contraction risks.
