Job summary

Fivetran, Inc. seeks a Senior Customer Solutions Architect to own post‑sale technical relationships with our most complex Enterprise accounts. You will drive adoption, design scalable data architectures, and guide customers through expansion and architecture evolution.

You will mentor teammates, shape repeatable playbooks, and collaborate with AEs/SEs to ensure successful deployments and long‑term value across Fivetran and dbt platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a post-sales, customer-facing technical role with enterprise accounts.
• Proven record of adoption, renewal, and expansion outcomes with measurable results.
• Deep technical background in scalable data architectures and modern data warehousing.
• Strong SQL proficiency and ability to translate business goals into technical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior-exec communication skills.
• Experience mentoring peers and influencing teams without formal authority.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple strategic accounts.
• Comfort with strategic thinking plus deep technical discussion in parallel.
• Willingness to travel to customers and events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sales technical relationship for complex Enterprise accounts.
• Set adoption strategy and drive sustained platform usage at scale.
• Introduce new products to leaders and architects and align with roadmaps.
• Design enablement programs for large, distributed teams and standardize them.
• Lead recovery plans for at-risk accounts and conduct healthchecks.
• Co-lead multi-quarter expansion with AEs across regions and use cases.
• Shape account plans and translate initiatives into scalable data workloads.
• Lead technical validation of new workloads and PoCs.
• Mentor CSAs and build repeatable playbooks and reference architectures.
• Engage executives and align technical strategy with business goals.
