Job summary

Fivetran in New York City is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) to act as the primary post-sales technical owner for a portfolio of customers. You will drive adoption, guide architecture decisions, and partner with AEs and SEs to grow ARR and retention.

You will lead technical validation, workshops, and strategic planning, ensuring customers derive maximum value from the Fivetran and dbt platform while aligning roadmaps with product capabilities. This is a hybrid role based in NYC.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a post-sales, customer-facing technical role such as Solution Architect or Technical Account Manager.
• Strong ability to own and drive customer outcomes after the sale, including adoption, renewal, and expansion.
• Solid technical background with scalable data architectures and SQL proficiency.
• Ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences; comfortable presenting to diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sales technical engagement across assigned accounts.
• Drive adoption, optimization, and ongoing usage of the platform for scalable success.
• Educate customers on new products and features as they launch.
• Deliver enablement sessions, workshops, and best-practice guidance.
• Monitor health signals and intervene to address churn or contraction risks.
