Job summary

Fivetran in Denver, CO is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect to own post-sales technical engagements, guide customers through adoption, and drive expansion across commercial and enterprise accounts. You will coordinate with AEs and SEs to ensure successful deployment, scale usage, and long-term growth.

This hybrid, full-time role requires deep data warehousing know-how, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering architectural solutions across modern data stacks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a post-sales, customer-facing technical role such as Solution Architect, TAM, or CSE.
• Strong ability to own and drive customer outcomes after the sale (adoption, renewal, expansion).
• Solid background in scalable data architectures and modern data warehousing with SQL proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sales technical engagement for a portfolio of accounts.
• Drive adoption, optimization, and ongoing usage of the platform.
• Lead technical validation, workshops, and PoCs as needed.
• Collaborate with AEs to drive ARR through expansion plays.
• Maintain enterprise reference architectures and best practices.
