Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Manchester, NH is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to serve as the post-sales liaison between manufacturing and North America customers, overseeing purchase orders, production schedules, and delivery coordination to ensure on-time integration into the customer's production roadmap.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Global Sales Operations and Enablement, with travel to Los Angeles and across the continental U.S. and a 100% remote option depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain management, business, or related field.
• 3+ years in post-sales operations, account management, or technical project coordination.
• Strong ability to analyze production schedules, purchase orders and demand forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary post-sale contact for key North America customers, managing day-to-day ops and escalations.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to report delivery performance and ramp up production roadmap alignment.
• Ingest and track production forecasts with demand planners and translate into actionable data for manufacturing and supply chain teams.
• Track and manage open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery and resolve delays with logistics.
• Elevate technical integration challenges and manage hardware defects, shipping issues, or field failures.
