Job summary

Motorola Solutions, via Silvus Technologies, is hiring a Customer Operations Manager to coordinate post-sale activities for major North American customers. You will manage orders, production schedules, and delivery coordination to align with customer roadmaps.

The role requires up to 30% travel across the U.S. and potential 100% remote work depending on location, with a base salary in the $85k–$95k range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in post-sales operations, account management, or technical project coordination.
• Ability to analyze production schedules, POs, and forecasts to identify issues.
• Excellent communication translating customer needs to internal constraints.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary post-sale ops liaison with North America customers.
• Lead QBRs to report delivery performance and roadmap alignment.
• Ingest and track production forecasts with demand planners.
• Track open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
