Job summary

RR Donnelley in the United States seeks a dedicated client care professional to provide post-sales customer contact for inbound order fulfillment of print and related services. You will execute print/kitting/distribution orders received via online systems or direct customer contact.

Responsibilities include translating customer requirements into detailed manufacturing and shipping instructions, supporting sales, responding to inquiries, and ensuring accurate job instructions across systems.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant administrative/operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment directly related to the duties of the job.
• Requires excellent knowledge of functional area(s) related to the job or good knowledge related to a professional field of work.
• Advanced knowledge of technology to include computers and software programs such as MS Office or MAC word processing, spreadsheets or other programs specific to the job in order to complete job duties successfully.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively across departments when completing assignments.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload and make adjustment to meet business needs.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• May serve as lead service professional on behalf of customer and internal stakeholders, participating or leading client meetings or client business reviews.
• Provide all necessary support to sales/customer, responding to client inquiries and requests; handle concerns such as dispute management and invoice reconciliation.
• Translate customer requirements into detailed manufacturing/kitting and shipping instructions.
• Lead efforts to provide process documentation, workflows and job aids.
• Propose workflow/process improvements to maximize benefits for customer and company.
• Ensure accuracy of information before commencement of production.
