Schindler Elevator Corporation seeks a Manager Integration, Mergers & Acquisitions to lead post-acquisition integration of new companies, systems, and teams. You will guide planning, execution, and governance to realize value with minimal disruption.

You will collaborate with the VP of M&A and senior leaders, focusing on change management, cultural alignment, and achieving financial targets while ensuring smooth transitions across functions and geographies.

Qualifications

• B.A in Business, Finance, Accounting, Investment Banking, or related field preferred.
• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of General Manager experience and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead post-acquisition integration strategies and execution plans from Day 1 through long-term integration, with a focus on change management, stakeholder communications, talent retention, and value realization.
• Serve as the single point of contact for Acquired company and Schindler organization during integration. Manage relationships with senior leaders, boards, investors, and acquired-company executives.
• Monitor integration KPI's (cost & revenue synergies, operational effectiveness, and growth opportunities) and provide executive reporting.
• Drive the acquired company in all customer satisfaction and retention efforts with the goal of Zero losses of portfolio due to the acquisition.
• Lead HR onboarding, Payroll, Service Contract Booking, all Invoicing, accounts payable/receivable transitions, and IT transitions; deploy go-to-market approaches for the acquired firm.
• Host regular integration meetings to monitor progress and ensure financial goals are achieved within budget.
