Job summary

Schindler Elevator Corporation in Morristown, NJ is seeking a Strategic Analyst - Mergers and Acquisitions to participate in all acquisition activities, evaluating potential acquisitions, mergers, and strategic investments. You will assess value creation and support post-merger integration with senior leaders.

You will lead valuation, due diligence, prepare presentations, and help maintain the acquisition pipeline while coordinating cross-functional teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 3-5 years of Merger & Acquisition experience.
• Elevator experience preferred and industrial space experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned aspects of the transaction process, including valuation, due diligence, and through to deal completion.
• Conduct valuation and financial analyses, including discounted cash flow, merger consequences and investment returns for potential transactions.
• Draft tailored reports outlining key transaction insights based on the diligence analyses; create and deliver presentations to key stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of transactional and integration plans required to evaluate and complete transactions.
• Organize and coordinate cross functional deal teams.
• Build partnerships with business unit and regional representatives to develop strategic priorities.
