Job summary

Signers National seeks a Director of M&A Integration to own the end-to-end integration function across acquisitions. The role leads the Integration Management Office, coordinating Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Sales, Legal, Tax, and other stakeholders to realize synergies and value post‑close.

You will design the integration playbook, monitor milestones, and ensure Day 1 readiness while maintaining talent retention and strong executive communication. Travel to acquired sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of post-merger integration experience (buy-side).
• Track record leading cross-functional teams and owning value realization for integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and own Signers National’s integration operating model, governance, and playbook.
• Develop templates, checklists, tools and dashboards to accelerate future integrations.
• Codify lessons learned and embed them into the playbook as a durable competitive advantage.
• Partner with deal team during diligence to validate synergy and value-creation assumptions.
• Translate the value case into an integration plan with owners, milestones, and dependencies.
• Lead the Integration Management Office across transactions, directing function leads and managing interdependencies.
• Own Day 1 readiness and talent-retention plans for acquired employees; manage communications with stakeholders.
• Run governance, cadence, status reporting, milestones, and issue escalation at senior level.
• Ensure exit criteria are met and document handoffs to business units.
