VDS Consulting Group seeks an experienced integration leader to drive a multi‑business post‑merger integration. You will own the plan across operations, systems, people, and culture, coordinating with the CEO and sponsor to move fastest in the first 100 days.

You will oversee integration management, synergy validation, and cross‑functional execution across manufacturing environments, ensuring continuity for customers and suppliers while reporting to executives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in operations, general management, or integration leadership.
• Multiple completed post-merger integrations in manufacturing or industrial businesses, led rather than supported.
• Demonstrated synergy capture against a deal model.
• Cross-functional authority and the ability to use it without alienating the team you inherited.
• Strong program management discipline under real time pressure.
• Genuine skill with the human side — retention, communication, and culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop the end-to-end integration plan with workstreams, owners, milestones, dependencies and synergy targets.
• Lead the Integration management office setup and cadence.
• Capture and track synergies with financial validation against the deal model.
• Oversee operations integration — footprint, capacity allocation, product transfers, procurement consolidation.
• Coordinate systems and data integration with IT leadership.
• Lead organizational design, role clarity, and retention of key people.
• Drive cultural integration and retention of critical talent amid change.
• Establish clear customer and supplier communication and continuity.
• Ensure day-one readiness and manage the first 100 days transition.
• Provide executive, board, and sponsor reporting on progress.
