APi Group is seeking an experienced Mergers and Acquisitions Integration Senior Associate to support strategic growth by facilitating effective integration of newly acquired businesses. This role connects diverse teams and stakeholders to drive collaboration, alignment, and execution across the integration lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading large, complex initiatives (M&A or integration context).
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
• Ability to develop and manage project plans and artifacts.
• Strong communication with executives and IT leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead large transformational M&A integrations end-to-end.
• Ensure activities align with strategy, budget, and schedule.
• Provide timelines and resource alignment for priorities.
• Align stakeholders through strong communication and relationships.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver integration deliverables.
• Act as trusted advisor across integration teams and workstreams.
• Identify risks, actions, issues, decisions, dependencies, and synergies.
• Champion adoption of integration tools and processes.
• Lead training on integration and project management methodologies.
• Advocate change management with empathy.
• Continue developing APi Group methodology knowledge.
