Job summary

CHAOS Industries is seeking an experienced M&A Integration Manager in El Segundo to own post-signing integration planning and drive cross-functional execution. You will coordinate Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and other teams, turning deal terms into operational results and tracking synergies against assumptions.

The role requires 6+ years in integration or related PMO work, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage risk and milestones with executive accountability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in M&A integration, corporate development, or PMO/transformation role.
• Experience running multi-workstream plans across Finance, HR, Legal, IT and other groups.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to brief executives concisely.

Responsibilities

• Own post-signing integration planning end to end: build and execute 30/60/100-day plan.
• Serve as the primary continuity between deal team and the business; ensure commitments are delivered.
• Stand up and run cross-functional integration workstreams with clear owners, milestones, and escalation paths.
• Track and report integration synergies, cost and revenue, against deal assumptions.
• Identify and manage integration risk, including post-close issues and contract renegotiation.
• Build and maintain the standard integration playbook and cadence for faster execution.
