Job summary

Osmo, a digital olfaction company headquartered in Elizabeth, NJ, is seeking an experienced professional to own post-launch customer programs, coordinating manufacturing readiness, procurement, and delivery teams to ensure on-time deployment and reliable order fulfillment.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing, product development, quality, and delivery, while identifying risks early and holding teams accountable to commitments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years across customer success, operations, manufacturing coordination, supply chain, or project management, ideally in fragrance/flavor.
• Experience supporting customer-facing programs in manufacturing, consumer products, fragrance, or industrial environments.
• Relentless closer of loose ends, tracking open threads across procurement, production, and customer communication.
• Strong cross-functional communicator with judgment on escalation vs. resolution.
• Curiosity about how fragrance readiness and production sequencing work in practice.

Responsibilities

• Own the Customer Relationship Post-Launch and serve as primary operational contact.
• Coordinate manufacturing readiness and flag constraints before delays occur.
• Align production priorities with customer commitments and timelines.
• Manage end-to-end orders from handoff to fulfillment and reporting.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Manufacturing, Procurement, Product Development, Quality, and Turnkey Delivery.
• Lead escalation discussions when milestones or expectations are at risk.
• Catch operational risks early and coordinate mitigation plans.
• Support oil shipment planning as part of broader handoff.
• Improve systems, tools, and workflows to scale with growing volume.
