Job summary

Osmo is seeking a hands-on Operations Lead to own the handoff from onboarding into production, fulfillment, and deployment for key customers. You will serve as the primary operational contact for assigned accounts, coordinating across manufacturing, procurement, product development, quality, and delivery teams to keep momentum and on-time delivery.

You’ll be tenacious about closing gaps, curious about fragrance production, and skilled at holding internal teams accountable to customer

Qualifications

• 6+ years in operations, manufacturing coordination, supply chain, or project management within fragrance or related industries.
• Experience supporting customer-facing programs in manufacturing, consumer products, fragrance, or industrial environments.
• Strong cross-functional communication and ability to drive accountability across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Customer Relationship Post-Launch and serve as the primary operational contact for assigned customers.
• Coordinate manufacturing readiness, track material/fragrance/packaging readiness and production milestones.
• Align production to customer commitments and manage orders end to end including changes.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Manufacturing, Procurement, Product Development, Quality, and Turnkey Delivery.
• Lead escalation discussions and identify risks early to mitigate impact on commitments.
• Support oil shipment planning and improve tools, reporting, and workflows for scalability.
