Job summary

Osmo, based in Elizabeth, NJ, is seeking an Operations professional to own the handoff from onboarding to production, fulfillment and deployment. You will serve as the main operational contact for customers after launch and coordinate across manufacturing, procurement, product development, quality, and delivery teams to keep commitments aligned.

You will manage end-to-end orders, flag constraints early, escalate when needed, and work to improve tools and workflows as the customer volume grows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years across customer success, operations, manufacturing coordination, supply chain, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Own the Customer Relationship Post-Launch – primary operational contact for assigned customers and proactive updates.
• Coordinate Manufacturing Readiness – track material, fragrance, packaging readiness and production milestones.
• Align Production to Customer Commitments – keep manufacturing priorities in sync with promises.
• Manage Orders End to End – handle schedule changes, order modifications and status reporting.
• Drive Cross-Functional Execution – coordinate across Manufacturing, Procurement, Product Development, Quality, and Turnkey Delivery.
• Lead Escalations – run reviews and discussions when milestones or expectations are at risk.
• Catch Risk Early – identify operational risks and coordinate mitigation plans.
• Support Oil Shipment Planning – coordinate readiness for oil shipments as part of the handoff.
• Improve the System – support tools, reporting, and workflows for visibility as volume grows.
