Job summary

Osmo is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to own the post-launch handoff for customer programs from onboarding into production, fulfillment, and deployment. You will coordinate manufacturing, procurement, product development, quality, and delivery to ensure aligned, timely execution.

You will close gaps before they become problems, track milestones, and drive cross-functional teamwork in a fast-growing fragrance-related manufacturing environment in Elizabeth, NJ.

Qualifications

• 6+ years across customer success, operations, manufacturing coordination, supply chain, or PM.
• Experience in manufacturing environments, ideally fragrance or consumer goods.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving under pressure.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to own end-to-end post-launch processes.

Responsibilities

• Own post-launch customer relationship and reporting.
• Coordinate manufacturing readiness and material availability.
• Align production with customer commitments.
• Manage orders end to end from handoff to fulfillment.
• Drive cross-functional execution across teams.
• Lead escalations and resolve issues proactively.
• Identify operational risks early and coordinate mitigation.
• Support oil shipment planning as part of the handoff.
