Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is hiring a Post-Harvest Supervisor to oversee our post-harvest team from Harvest to Packaging in Connecticut. You will ensure adherence to SOPs, manage workflow, and drive KPI-focused performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead a team of leads and technicians, coordinate with site leadership, and maintain accurate inventory and reporting. Cannabis industry experience and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years cannabis experience in growing or post-harvest processing.
• Associate's degree or certifications preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead, train, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-harvest procedures from harvest to packaging in compliance with guidelines.
• Supervise post-harvest site teams including leads and technicians.
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure smooth product flow and KPI reporting.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and input data into systems.
• Deliver monthly KPI and quality summaries to senior management.
• Maintain training materials and SOPs for post-harvest processes.
