Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Fulfillment and Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily processing, shipping, and outbound delivery scheduling for GTI products. You will manage warehousing, inventory control, and compliance with GMP/HACCP while coordinating with Production, Inventory, and Sales.

Responsibilities include directing hourly staff, maintaining DOT-compliant vehicle routing, and ensuring safety and quality across all operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a production environment.
• 2+ years in supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; BS/BA preferred.
• Experience directing and evaluating hourly employees.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge in Continuous improvement, ex. Kaizen, Gemba Walks.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all employees and customers.
• Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Green Thumb.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day processing and shipping operations.
• Record order discrepancies in the 3-way match log by end of business the day of delivery.
• Route vehicles daily to customer and company locations while complying with DOT rules.
• Coordinate with Production, Inventory, and Sales to meet objectives.
• Manage warehousing, inventory control, shipping, and receiving.
• Ensure drivers comply with regulations and company policies.
• Monitor fulfillment schedule to meet delivery goals.
• Plan maintenance of PITs and delivery vehicles.
• Assist with cannabis waste profiles, manifests, and shipping documents.
• Conduct weekly finished product inventory audits and report results.
• Coordinate with leaders to optimize cross-department operations.
• Maintain compliance with state laws and GTI policies.
• Report safety or quality issues to management.
