Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our cannabis manufacturing facility. You will ensure product quality and inventory integrity, while spending substantial time on the plant floor with production staff to drive performance and safety.

You will lead a team, organize workflows, coach staff, and implement process improvements. Suitable candidates have 5+ years in production with 2+ in supervision and strong communication and Kaizen experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a production environment with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience directing and evaluating subordinates.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge in continuous improvement (e.g., Kaizen, Gemba Walks).

Responsibilities

• Lead production employees to perform proficiently and motivate through example.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and monitoring progress.
• Develop and coach employees, plan and direct work, and address performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and state regulations affecting GTI operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee budgeting and production efficiency.
• Lead root-cause analysis when criteria aren’t met and implement improvements.
