Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Post-Harvest Supervisor to oversee post-harvest processes from Harvest to Packaging, ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and SOPs. You will lead the post-harvest team, monitor KPI data, and partner with leadership to optimize workflow and product quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of cannabis experience in growing or post-harvest processing.
• Associate's degree or Certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership responsibility with a proven track record of building and developing teams preferred.
• Strong ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior management and staff.
• Highly collaborative influencer who is an effective communicator and relation builder/networker.
• Ability to deliver organizational goals and manage a team to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

• Follow practices and standards for post-harvest procedures in the network.
• Supervise the post-harvest site teams including post-harvest leads and technicians.
• Coordinate with leadership to manage product transition from live plant to end product flower ready for packaging.
• Provide feedback on KPI and progress to leadership.
• Identify and elevate issues impacting KPIs and flower quality to local leadership.
• Manage all aspects of flower quality retention and post-harvest processes onsite.
• Maintain WIP inventory and perform regular physical inventory counts.
• Ensure accurate input and reporting of site KPI.
