Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Harvest Technician to support post-cultivation activities, preparing and processing harvests for flower sales and oil extraction with precision and safety in mind.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to follow SOPs in a fast-paced regulated facility, ensuring compliance with GMP, safety and state requirements in Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (degree or certifications preferred).
• Effective time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to work well with others while completing individual tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in cannabis harvest process including harvesting plants and sanitizing rooms.
• Properly drying wet cannabis plants.
• Accurately weigh and record post-harvest materials.
• Follow SOPs, verbal directives, training information and policies.
