Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) in Connecticut seeks a Production Tech to convert raw cannabis flower into our medicated product line. You will produce, package, and handle products, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance and safety in a fast-paced facility.

You will follow recipes and SOPs, assist with labeling, ensure quality control, document processes, and support housekeeping and equipment readiness. A team mindset and self-motivation are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work well in a group and independently, with initiative.
• Ability to follow basic instructions and accept constructive criticism.
• Demonstrates strong hygiene and health guideline adherence.
• Strong communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on production goals with emphasis on safety and quality.
• Produce product per recipes and SOPs, maintaining high quality standards.

• Follow processing procedures and laboratory protocols.

• Operate state traceability systems for packaged products.

• Maintain clean and organized work area at end of shift.
