Green Thumb Industries (GTI) seeks an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our cannabis manufacturing facility in Minnesota. You will ensure product quality and inventory integrity while spending substantial time on the plant floor with production staff.

Responsibilities include leading and coaching teams, organizing workflow, enforcing safety, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a production environment.
• 2+ years in a supervisory capacity.
