Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise post-harvest site teams including leads and technicians.
• Coordinate with site leadership to manage product flow from live plant to end product.
• Monitor and report KPI and progress; manage WIP inventory and physical counts.
• Implement SOPs for post-harvest processes and provide training materials.
• Deliver monthly quality and KPI summaries to the Director, Post Harvest.
