The role emphasizes safety, plan interpretation, and versatility in tasks such as doors, roofing, siding, and framing. With hourly pay between $23.00 and $25.00 based on experience, the position includes a 25% travel requirement and growth opportunities through progressive pay increases.

• Read, understand and build according to construction plans.
• Maintain safety procedures and quality during repairs.
• Ability to work in varied weather and environments.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings’ safety and construction procedures.
• Read and interpret construction plans to perform repairs.
• Repair doors, windows, roofing, siding, footings and framing as needed.
• Operate construction hand tools safely and effectively.
• Travel up to 25% and work in physically demanding environments.
• Collaborate with crew to organize materials and daily activities.
