Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking a Construction Service Crew Member to join a team repairing projects across the country and delivering a positive customer experience. You will help meet goals and support company objectives while applying safety standards every day.

Main tasks include reading plans, performing a variety of repair work on doors, siding, roofing, footings and trim, and operating tools safely. Travel up to 25% may occur, with a focus on quality and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Learn, keep current with and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures
• Demonstrate ability to read, understand and build according to construction plans
• Efficiently perform repairs including doors, roofing, siding, and other building maintenance tasks
• Operate construction hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Adapt to a flexible work schedule and various weather conditions
• Work with crew to ensure a safe, productive environment
• Troubleshoot or problem solve when needed
• Be willing to advance and assist with daily material organization
