Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking a Construction Service Crew Member to join a field team repairing buildings and providing a positive customer experience. Earn $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on experience, with additional bonuses in the first year.

Responsibilities include following safety procedures, reading construction plans, and performing varied repairs such as doors, roofing, siding, and footings, while working with a team in all weather conditions and possibly up to 40 feet height.

Qualifications

• Building construction/post-frame knowledge and framing experience preferred (on the job or in school).
• Willingness to participate in and complete training.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred; Class A CDL is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings’ safety and construction procedures to every building.
• Read, understand and build according to construction plans.
• Execute repairs including doors, roofing, siding, and footings to complete a quality building.
