Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking a Construction Service Crew Member to join a team repairing buildings and delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in building construction or carpentry preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred.
• Ability to work 9–10 hours during peak construction season.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% with possible overnight stays.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings’ safety and construction procedures on every project.
• Read, understand, and build according to construction plans.
• Efficiently perform repairs including doors, roofing, siding and window work.
• Operate hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Adapt to flexible work schedules and various weather conditions.
• Assist in organizing materials and planning daily activities.
