Qualifications

• Experience in building construction or carpentry preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Willingness to participate in training and safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Capable of lifting 50–100 pounds and working at heights up to 40 feet.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and build according to construction plans.

• Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
