Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking a Construction Service Crew Member to join a field crew performing repairs on post-frame buildings nationwide. You will read plans, execute repairs, and work safely with the crew in varied weather conditions.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50–100 pounds, and up to 25% travel. Compensation ranges from $23 to $25 per hour, with quarterly bonuses and a year-one retention bonus, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to participate in and complete a training program
• Ability to adapt to varying repairs and schedules
• Ability to take direction and produce quality work
• Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and working at heights

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply safety and construction procedures and standards
• Read and build according to construction plans
• Perform repairs: doors, roofing, siding, footings, framing, and window installations
• Operate hand tools and safety equipment
• Work in varied weather and physically demanding conditions
• Collaborate with crew for safe, efficient work
• Travel up to 25% with overnight trips
