Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking a Construction Service Crew Member in Minnesota to join a seasoned team focused on repairing buildings and ensuring a positive customer experience.

You will read construction plans, perform repairs on doors, roofing, framing, and siding, and work safely with hand tools in varying weather. The role requires physical stamina, strict adherence to safety procedures, and a willingness to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Building construction (post-frame), carpentry or framing experience preferred.
• Willingness to participate in and complete a training program.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Able to work 9–10 hours during peak season.
• Ability to take direction and produce quality work.
• Comply with safety processes and operate tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings’ safety and construction procedures.
• Read understand and build according to construction plans.
• Repair doors, windows, siding, roofing and related components.
• Operate hand tools safely and efficiently in varying weather.
• Collaborate with crew to complete tasks and plan daily activities.
