Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking a Construction Service Crew Member in Minnesota. The role supports the repair of buildings, maintains safety, and contributes to a positive customer experience on site. Expect tasks from door/windows repair to roofing and routine maintenance.

Applicants should have post-frame or carpentry experience, be able to read plans, and lift heavy objects. The job offers bonus opportunities and a strong ESOP program, with potential travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Building construction (post-frame) or carpentry experience preferred.
• Willingness to participate in a training program.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred.
• Available to work 9-10 hours during peak season.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, with occasional lifts up to 100 pounds.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (overnight stays possible).

Responsibilities

• Learn, apply safety procedures and standards to every building task.
• Read, understand and build according to construction plans.
• Repair doors, roofing, siding, gutters and general maintenance.
• Operate hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Work in varying weather and heights up to 40 feet.
• Collaborate with crew to maintain a safe, productive environment.
• Plan daily activities and organize materials.
