Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking a Construction Service Crew Member to join our field teams across the country. You will repair buildings, read plans, and perform maintenance while maintaining safety and meeting customer expectations.

This role requires 75% travel, involving overnight trips, and physical work with lifting. Compensation starts at $21.00–$23.00 per hour based on experience, plus bonuses and benefits including ESOP, medical coverage, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in building construction or carpentry preferred.
• Willing to participate in and complete a training program.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds and work physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%, including overnight trips.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow construction plans accurately.
• Repair buildings, install doors/windows, and perform maintenance.
• Operate basic construction tools safely and efficiently.
