Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking a Construction Service Crew Member to join a team repairing building projects nationwide. Earn $21.00–$23.00 per hour based on experience, with a $2,000 signing-style bonus in the first year and a $500 quarterly bonus during the first year.

Position requires reading and applying construction plans, performing repairs (doors, roofing, siding, footings, framing), and working in varied weather. Up to 30% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in building construction (post-frame) or carpentry preferred.
• Willingness to participate in and complete a training program.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred; Class A CDL is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings’ safety and construction procedures.
• Read and build according to construction plans.
• Repair and maintenance tasks on buildings, including doors, windows, roofing, and siding.
• Operate hand tools and equipment safely.
• Travel up to 30% (potential overnight travel).
