Salary ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour based on experience, with an additional $2,000 first-year bonus and a $500 quarterly retention bonus during the first year. Expect physical work, occasional travel, and opportunities to grow within a safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• Experience in building construction or framing preferred.
• Willingness to participate in training program.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Able to work 9–10 hours during peak season.
• Capable of lifting up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn, keep current with and apply safety and construction procedures.
• Read, understand and build according to construction plans.
• Utilize tools and equipment to construct buildings safely and efficiently.
• Dig and install footings, frame walls and roofs, install windows/doors and various siding/roofing materials.
• Work with crew in a safe, organized environment with dignity and respect.
