Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking construction crew members to join our employee-owners in a dynamic field role across the nation. Earn a base wage of $20.00–$22.00 per hour with substantial first-year bonuses and ongoing quarterly bonuses during the first year.

Positions require physical endurance, the ability to travel up to 80% (possibly two weeks at a time), and a willingness to participate in our training program. Equality of opportunity is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience in building construction (post-frame), carpentry or framing preferred.
• Willingness to participate in and complete a training program.
• Must have ability to read and follow construction plans.
• Must be able to lift 50 lb, occasionally up to 100 lb.

Responsabilités

• Learn, apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures, methods, and standards.
• Read, understand and build according to construction plans.
• Utilize tools and equipment to safely and efficiently construct buildings.
• Dig and install footings, frame walls/roofs, install windows/doors, install siding and roofing materials.
• Collaborate with crew to maintain a safe, productive work environment.
