Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s with 3+ years.
• Experience in Project Management and cross-functional teamwork.
• Proficiency with Word, Visio, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Must currently hold a Secret Security Clearance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, decentralized environment.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-delivery contact coordinating with leadership, customers, and Saab teams.
• Provide leadership oversight of depot and customer support activities, including cost and schedule performance.
• Manage Basic Order Agreements, quoting, PO reviews, and Task Order management.
• Coordinate spares/repairs, service contracts, and on-site testing/training activities.
• Plan and execute service events with teams and customers, ensuring parts availability.
• Support field technicians and facilitate follow-up discussions with Saab teams.
• Track metrics like on-time delivery and overall cost/schedule/quality objectives.
• Contribute to revenue forecasts and order projections in financial planning.
• Analyze failures and drive RCCA investigations; mitigate inventory risks.
• Coordinate handovers with Production Program Manager for clear transition.
• Develop customer reports and present updates at PMRs; ensure SOP compliance.
