Job summary

Saab, Inc. seeks a Post-Delivery Program Manager to oversee sustainment for DoD fielded systems, coordinating with program leadership, customers, and Saab teams origin to end of lifecycle.

You will drive quality, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives while aligning with program goals. Responsibilities include leading depot and field support, managing spares and repairs, and coordinating service events with technicians and engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant experience in engineering, business, or related discipline.
• Experience in project management and in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Visio, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for post-delivery activities and coordinate with leadership, customers, and Saab teams.
• Provide programmatic leadership for depot and customer support, including prioritization and cost/schedule performance.
• Manage spares/repair quoting, order management, and service contract proposals for integration, testing, and training.
