Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a Post-Delivery Program Manager to oversee sustainment activities for DoD customers, acting as the main point of contact for post-delivery work.

The role requires leadership and cross-functional coordination to meet quality, risk, and continuous improvement objectives. The successful candidate will manage depot and customer support, spares and repairs quoting, and service contracts, while tracking metrics and contributing to the financial planning cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 3+ years, or equivalent combo.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Experience in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Visio, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, decentralized environment.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma concepts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Secret Security Clearance currently required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sustainment operations and provide programmatic leadership for depot and customer support activities.
• Manage spares, repairs, quotes, orders, and service contracts for integration efforts and training.
• Coordinate service events with customers, Saab engineers, and field technicians.
• Track delivery performance and manage cost, schedule and quality objectives across sustainment activities.
• Contribute to financial planning cycles with revenue forecasts and order projections.
• Analyze failure trends and drive RCCA actions and inventory risk mitigation.
• Ensure smooth handovers with Production Program Manager and prepare customer reports.
