You will manage daily workflow, assist with post-closing issues with the Team Lead, and collaborate with lenders, borrowers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Review loan documents for accuracy via manual or AI-assisted audit.
• Scan loan packages, prepare true records, and ship documents to lenders and borrowers.
• File documents and maintain organized records.
• Follow workflow and manage daily work-in-progress (WIP).
• Coordinate with Team Lead on post-closing issues and escalate as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
