Job summary

Essent Group Ltd. in the United States is seeking a Banking/Funding Specialist, Title Insurance, to administer escrow accounts and balance disbursements, and to prepare payments and reports.

This on-site role is based in Coraopolis, PA and supports the closing process with attention to accuracy. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year of relevant industry experience (funding, banking, disbursement, wires, checks).
• Exposure to Escrow Closings on a national basis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare wires in banks' websites for closing files and pull hourly reports to verify postings.
• Resolve outstanding check issues via online research, email, and phone.
• Print and mail checks with required documentation.
• Balance escrow accounts with Recon department when discrepancies exist.
• Review loan information to ensure accurate disbursements.
• Perform internal transfers of escrow funds for online recordings.
