Job summary

This on-site role requires meticulous review of signatures, notary execution, and legal descriptions, with duties including scanning and shipping documents. You will manage daily workflow, assist with post-closing issues with the Team Lead, and collaborate with lenders, borrowers, and internal teams.

Post Close Specialist, Title Insurance

Location: Coraopolis, PA (fully on-site)

As a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to perform the following duties:

• Review each executed set of loan documents for accuracy via manual audit or automated audit (AI) of the borrower’s signatured, witness signatures, notary execution of the documents (as required by each state), legal description review and that all documents have been completed to meet the lender requirement.
• Scan loan packages, prepare certified true recordables, ship loan documents to the lenders and the borrowers. File documents and maintain file cabinets organization
• Responsible for shipping all executed documents to the lender by following the instructions provided in the lender’s closing package.
• Manage their daily workload effectively and efficiently. Follow the workflow for returning documents, noting the system, and completing the required events.
• Work with Team Lead on resolution to post-closing issues and questions. On all escalations the specialists are to involve the Team Lead.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of related experience in the title insurance industry or financial services organization preferred.
• Experience with RamQuest closing operations system and all integration systems is preferred.
• National experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as title commitment, lender’s instructions, purchase contracts and other related documents required to verify the lender’s closing requirement have been met.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to follow workflow and manage their daily WIP.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
